By creating an account, downloading the Tiny Hands Studio app, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a child. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our website via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from My Profile; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
The app and website are intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or educator. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access accounts other than your own, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
All content, artwork, gameplay, and branding within Tiny Hands Studio are owned by Tiny Hands Studio and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
