We collect account information you provide (name, email, phone), your child's first name and date of birth, and gameplay data such as levels played, scores, and time spent. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Information is used to operate your account, personalize the app experience, track your child's progress for you to review, process billing, and provide customer support.
Tiny Hands Studio is designed for use by children under adult supervision. Accounts are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. We collect only the minimum child information needed to operate the app (first name, date of birth, gameplay progress) and do not knowingly collect information directly from children beyond what a parent provides.
We do not sell your personal information. Limited data is shared with service providers who help us operate the platform, such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider, solely to deliver our services.
You can review and update your account information at any time from My Profile, reset your child's tracking data from the Tracking page, or contact us to request deletion of your account.
